Chronicle of the life of a building by a concierge, Gigi Berthion, and 20 tenants? The audience has a front-row seat to discover their daily lives and some funny situations.

A crushed cat, a fire, a fall down the stairs, a soccer match final interrupted at the penalty spot? it all sounds like a drama, but it's a comedy!

12, rue d?la Joie humorously questions our ability to live together. The little things in life take on a joyful new dimension under the expert hands of Gigi, an illusionist with an infectious freshness!

"Gigi Berthion harangues the crowd with a swagger that her idol, Arletty, would not disavow.
