Discover artist Romain Thiery's exhibition at Espace culturel Prévert

Romain Thiery, born in 1988 in Bergerac, is a photographic artist whose work skilfully merges photography and music. An amateur pianist, he has been traveling the world since 2014 in search of abandoned pianos, which he immortalizes in their authentic state, while capturing their last sounds.

His emblematic "Requiem for Pianos" series explores the melancholy beauty and resilience of these instruments, which have become silent witnesses to their era.

Exhibited in renowned galleries and museums from Paris to Tokyo, his work is hailed for its visual poetry and profound sensitivity, making him a key figure in contemporary photography.
