Sandrine Beaufils (Natha Yoga certified) offers you to discover yoga in a different way with your children and teenagers for a moment of sharing and complicity.

An approach of Yoga by playful workshops, of body expression.

- Children's yoga (4 to 11 years old): Experience playful and creative moments where dynamic and relaxing moments alternate.
- Teen Yoga (12 to 17 years old): Prepare for exams by learning to manage stress and emotions.
- Family Yoga (7 to 77 years old and up): Experience a moment of sharing and complicity as a family.

In class or at home, take care of yourself and your family.
