Association of personal development through the practice of qi gong, yoga and tai chi, meditation, relaxation, breathing.

The Shunyata association offers the teaching and practice of Qi Gong and Yoga, as well as the transmission of techniques for physical and psychological well-being (relaxation, breathing, work with a psychologist-psychotherapist, dietary advice, relaxing and invigorating massages)

Qi Gong (energy work) is a branch of traditional Chinese medicine. Regular practice brings suppleness, health, calm and harmony. Wu-style Tai Chi Chuan is practiced after Qi Gong. It further develops body awareness, breathing control and relaxation in all circumstances.

A full session lasts two hours, although it's perfectly sufficient to come for just one if you wish.

> Saturday: 10am-12pm
