Mes P?tites Vacances is back for the April vacations on the theme AUTOUR DU MONDE!
On the program from April 14 to 27 :
> MONDAY APRIL 14: ORIENTAL DANCE
Ready to move to the rhythm of enchanting music? Children will plunge into the magical world of Oriental dance, explore the different styles and accessories and learn to dance solo or in a group. Warm-up to music, rhythmic sequences and improvisation: a workshop full of energy and creativity!
10 a.m.: ages 5 to 8
11 a.m.: ages 9 to 12
Duration: 1 hour
Led by Loly, belly dancer in Montpellier
> APRIL 16, 20 & 23: SUSHI-MAKING WORKSHOP
Little chefs beware! An expert in Japanese cuisine will reveal all the secrets behind the making of the famous Japanese morsels: nigiri, maki, california rolls? Then it's on to the making and handling of the Maki-su mat! Bonus: a journey to the heart of Japanese traditions and the art of the Japanese table.
april 16: 10 a.m. and 11 a.m., ages 5 to 8 (duration: 30 min.) / 2 p.m. and 3 p.m., ages 9 and up (duration: 45 min.)

> APRIL 17, 18, 21, 26 - CHILDREN'S YOGA SESSION
A fascinating journey into the world of yoga and Hindu mythology. Through postures inspired by
sacred animals (snake, turtle, elephant?), breathing exercises and playful massages, children will learn to relax and manage their emotions. A magical moment to learn how to move, concentrate and have fun in total serenity!

> APRIL 19 & 24: TRADITIONAL JAPANESE DANCE WORKSHOP
Head for Japan with Ribo! On the program: graceful movements to traditional music and immersion in the poetic world of Japanese songs. Children will learn to dance, greet politely and understand the meaning of words. Do you have a fan at home? Don't hesitate to take it with you!

Salsa, merengue, samba? Children will discover the sunny rhythms of Latin America and play with traditional instruments! An interactive workshop culminating in a collective mini-performance where everyone can have fun playing and dancing to vibrant Latin melodies. A sensory and cultural journey to awaken your curiosity and enjoyment of music!

It's possible to learn English while having fun! Games, songs and stories will transport children into the English-speaking world. A playful adventure to awaken their curiosity and give them a taste for languages!
9:30 a.m.: ages 3 to 6 (duration: 45 min. - accompanying adult required)

> APRIL 24, 25, 26, 27: YOUR LAPBOOK OF ENGLISH-SPEAKING COUNTRIES
After introductions in song, we'll discover a few English-speaking countries through images, texts and songs. We'll learn more about the culture of these countries, and hear some funny anecdotes... Then, I'll help the children to create their own lapbook: a book containing important information they'd like to remember about the countries they've studied, in the form of pictures, drawings, writings...
