Discover the exhibition Étang de l?Or: l?esprit des lieux by Anna Baranek at the Galerie d?Art Prévert!
Plastic artist Anna Baranek du Château is exhibiting her latest works, which she worked on during a residency at the MJC in Mauguio between October and April this year; she is presenting this second installment on the theme, the first residency having taken place in 2017 in the former Espace Morastel art gallery.

"My plastic work is anchored around the Earth and Air of this vast expanse of water: the Etang de l'Or, the watershed, the Camargue? Everything in this territory is offered up to the eye in its most elementary simplicity: human constructions, cabins, water towers, bridges, boats, fishing nets, as much as the variations of time, crepuscules, cheresses, winds, seasons, but also the multiple expressions of living things, fauna, flora, peach, reeds and the Pic Saint-Loup mountain? Impressions of a landscape that has been evolving for 10,000 years"
